2023-24 Annual Plan

As we enter our fourth year as an Ontario Health Team, we commit to continuing to learn about the power of collaboration and coordination to better serve Algoma residents. We have built strong partnerships, co-designed with patients and caregivers, and defined priority areas for improvement. We remain committed to strengthening care closer to home, community partnership and engagement, and building a foundation for effective and meaningful collaboration.

 

As we look to the future, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to our community for their continued support and dedication to furthering integrated care in Algoma. It is an honour and privilege to serve the residents of Algoma, and we look forward to what the future holds.
