Connect with a 24/7 System Navigator on Connex Ontario

ConnexOntario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness or gambling by connecting them with services in their area. They are funded by the Government of Ontario.

Need a Doctor? HealthCare Connect

Register for Health Care Connect and a nurse will search for a doctor or nurse practitioner who is accepting new patients in your community.

Vulnerable Persons Registry

The Vulnerable Persons Registry (VPR) is a free, voluntary and confidential service that provides key information to emergency response teams about residents living at home who would be at greater risk during emergencies.
