Contact March of Dimes for assistance applying for assistive device funding for applicants with an ongoing physical disability that requires the use of an assistive device.
Ontario Ministry of Health
Visit the MOH website for assistive device funding applications. Available to applicants with a valid Ontario health card and a disability requiring the equipment or supplies for six months or longer.
