About the event
This month will spotlight a presentation overviewing the AOHT’s community approach to strengthening local capacity for the diagnosis and management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Attendees will also be introduced to Living Well with COPD, a patient guide developed by dedicated local providers and patients. The guide offers education and resources to empower people living with COPD to manage their day-to-day health with confidence.
