This month, we are pleased to announce that our Primary Care Patient and Family Advisory Council will be taking over the Project Percolator this month! We invite you to come learn about community engagement and to listen to the compelling stories of our primary care PFAC members!
The Project Percolator is an opportunity for leadership, AOHT members, and the community to learn about AOHT project work in a space that allows for discussion, idea-sharing, and feedback. At the meeting, you will:
● Receive an overview of the work happening within and beyond the AOHT
● Have space to keep each other informed on notable action items and project updates, as part of our commitment to transparency
● Learn of opportunities to foster alignment between projects and to mobilize people and resources
● Learn about upcoming events and emerging opportunities
