About the event
This month, in alignment with the release of our 2026-27 Annual Plan, attendees will hear presentations from our OHT leads on the following priority populations:

Complex Chronic Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Mental Health and Addictions
Primary Care Access and Attachment
Together, these spotlight presentations will highlight key initiatives, emerging opportunities, and how our collective efforts can support the priorities outlined in the Annual Plan.
