"Hello there my name is Richard and I recently came across your Healthy Aging Sessions on Roger's TV. I just PVR'd the 2nd Episode with my wife so we could listen back to the sessions and follow along the exercises. We figured this would be a great way for me and my wife to get active. Thanks again for putting this on! We've really been enjoying it" -Richard
