Mental Health and Addiction (MHA) System Planning Table

Vision:
An integrated MHA system that coordinates efforts across health and social service organizations to improve the experience and overall health of Algoma residents; acting as one coordinated team.
Mission:
To plan, implement, measure outcomes and advocate for MHA service development in Algoma as one coordinated system that provides high-quality, seamless service to individuals and families based on a primary health care approach, inclusive of population health indicators and interventions.
Background
Algoma MHA System Planning Table was initiated to advance MHA
priorities across the district. With a vision of building an integrated system
that operates as one coordinated team, and a mission to deliver high-quality,
seamless services through a primary care approach, the MHA System Planning
Table works to plan, implement, measure, and advocate for MHA services in Algoma.
